You can find radio and TV programs here at http://www.listeningexpress.com/radio/. I guess most of the links are valid, though some program providers don't have programs to offer any time of the day.
My suggested radio stations are CNN radio and NPR. They have better connections. I once told a class of students about having any English radio programs on for an hour at dorm. Perhaps some dorms have carried out this good practice.
